About Bruce founder of Two Roads Digital

For more than two decades, Bruce has been helping independent restaurants grow, connect, and thrive in an increasingly digital world. His career began in 2001, building websites for restaurants back when most owners still relied on the Yellow Pages for advertising. From those early days, Bruce has been a trusted partner for operators, guiding them through the evolving landscape of digital marketing.

As the former Director of Marketing for Pots and Pans Production, Bruce helped scale the independent restaurant group to 22 locations across six states, with 5 different brand concepts. In that role, he oversaw every aspect of digital brand management—including rewards and gift card programs, email marketing, mobile app development, in-store promotions, influencer partnerships, and social media. He became the social media voice behind the multiple restaurant brands while ensuring consistency and continuity across all digital platforms.

Bruce also brings entrepreneurial leadership to the table as the founder and president of two digital marketing and video production agencies, serving clients throughout Indianapolis, Muncie, and Marion, Indiana. His expertise has been sought after by some of the state’s most recognized brands and organizations, including Scotty’s Brewhouse, the Indianapolis Zoo, Goodwill Industries, The United Way of Indiana, Habitat for Humanity, the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, The Arc of Indiana, and Wiley Publishing.

Before shifting his focus to restaurants, Bruce built his career in technology. After studying communications at Purdue University, he started as a programmer and rose to become Director of Programming at Chase Bank’s credit card division in Lafayette. That technical foundation—combined with decades of hands-on marketing experience—makes him uniquely qualified to help independent restaurants compete with big brands in today’s digital-first marketplace.
