Over the last 30 years, I have worn multiple hats and gained valuable experience that has empowered me to be able to help entrepreneurs and small businesses better manage their business through strategic planning, operational efficiency and technology.

I’m also currently the Co-Founder and COO of Two Roads Adventures, a boutique RV rental and management company born from the idea that travel should feel like freedom. We help adventure-seekers hit the road with ease—and help RV owners turn their investment into passive income without the hassle.

I have served as the Director of Operations and Technology at Amos Exteriors, a family-run exterior remodeling company that’s been trusted in Indiana homes for over 50 years. My role was to help a time-honored brand evolve, leading digital transformation and marketing strategies while keeping them connected to today’s homeowner.

Before this, I spent 8 fantastic years as Marketing Director for Scotty’s Brewhouse, growing the restaurant brand across 20+ locations in four states. Earlier, I Co-founded Fusework Studios, a marketing and video production company that worked with incredible organizations like the Indianapolis Zoo, the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and Goodwill Industries. And even before that, I launched two tech companies—Innovisions and Phoenix Technologies—focused on web development and IT consulting for businesses and government agencies.

My career started behind a keyboard—as a programmer. I worked my way up to Director of Programming at Chase Bank’s credit card division in Lafayette after attending Purdue University, where I studied communications.
